We are now looking for a customer service representative for a well-established business in Linköping that is in an exciting phase of change. Here, you will be part of a close-knit customer service team that works together towards clear goals with a high level of service and strong focus on results.

As a customer service representative, you are a central part of the business and act as the spider in the web between the customer and different departments. You will handle customer contact via phone, chat, and email, assisting customers with inquiries, guiding them within the organization, and ensuring that each case is handled smoothly and professionally.

The job includes proactive customer outreach via phone, where you contact customers for appointment scheduling and inform them about current services and offers. You are responsible for booking service and repair work and handling payments and administrative tasks related to customer cases. The role requires you to identify customer needs, see the big picture, and work solution-oriented. You take initiative and navigate seamlessly between different digital systems in a business characterized by constant digital development.

Mandatory requirements:

• High school diploma

• Good data and system skills

• Experience in customer service

• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Driver's license (B)

• Attributes: Drive, good social and communication skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Technical interest

• Experience in inside sales

• Location: Linköping

• Extent: Full-time, permanent

• You will be directly employed by the client
